Background

This project involved the installation of an on premises Operational Technology monitoring solution.
The system monitors the health of the clients entire OT infrastructure.

Implementation

• Currently it monitors 1900+ critical items everything from device availability (PLCs, servers, workstation etc), memory usage and free diskspace to the health of SQL databases and network switches. Using custom dashboards, the real-time health of clients control systems could easily be visualised and display around the site.
• The system allows the front-line support team to reduce downtime by identifying possible issues before they become production problems.
